I offer counselling and psychotherapy to support individuals (16+)through challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, bereavement, grief, trauma and life transitions. Counselling focuses on providing a safe, supportive space to explore current difficulties, while psychotherapy can also look more deeply at patterns and experiences that may be affecting wellbeing. Sessions last 50 minutes and are available weekly or every other week either online or in person.
